When things go wrong, we want to make them right quickly, and we've invested in new systems and processes to give our expert team members the tools they need to keep everyone safe and happy and to get family life back to normal as soon as possible.
We know that everything has an expiration date - from the milk in your kitchen to the kitchen itself - so we've invested £5.5 million in upgrades to our customers' homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems and more.
