As a landlord, taking care of the homes we provide for our customers is our top priority. We want do everything we can to make sure that our homes are comfortable, safe and affordable. This has been even more important than ever over the last year as people have struggled with the cost of living crisis and when far too many landlords have hit the headlines for allowing people to live in sub-standard homes. 

Living well isn't just about what happens behind your front door though. People need the support of a positive and healthy community and to have access to good infrastructure such as outdoor spaces, transport, healthcare and education. While we don't provide all of those services ourselves, we work extensively with other agencies to help our customers get the help and support they need.

And we believe in listening and helping people to help themselves so in response to our customers saying they'd like to see more of us out and about we've been working hard to do that.
