Making our homes more energy efficient not only ensures we hit our target of all properties being EPC rating C by 2030, but it also helps make our customers' homes more comfortable and affordable to heat.

Retrofitting energy saving measures to homes such as insulation, double glazing and green energy sources is expensive. But we're pleased to say we've been granted more funding this year to complete further retrofit works. The latest round of funding means we'll be able to pilot installing air source heat pumps at selected homes too, a measure we're excited to roll out.

We've also released our second ever environmental, social and governance (ESG) report which breaks down all of our retrofitting journey in more detail.
