Customer satisfaction with our repairs service has been at an all-time high this the year, with 97% of customers rating themselves satisfied with the customer service shown by our operatives in our independent quarterly surveys – with lots of shout-outs for our team members’ politeness, tidiness and respect for our customers’ homes. We even got recognition for our operatives removing their shoes!

We’re also seeing high rates of satisfaction with our customer contact centre, money advice service and overall impressions of Futures. We’re proud to offer great experiences to our customers, and as we go into a new world of customer insight with the introduction of the government's Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) we’re confident that we can use the vital viewpoints provided by our customers to keep our services running as expected and improve where we need to.
