It's quite common for people to only contact an organisation when something has gone wrong. After all, you don't have a need to contact them and we're all busy enough as it is. So we want to highlight some of the customers who have gone out of their way to pass on their thanks to our hard working colleagues this last year.
A customer rang to say; "I don't like asking for help but I was so pleased I spoke to Futures," as we helped make a referral to Beep Assist and gave them contact details for food shopping services.
A customer emailed to express a compliment for one of our neighbourhood officers. She said they were amazing helping her with her mutual exchange and were very friendly and funny. She also said; "they were very clear and patient with explaining what needs to be done for a smooth mutual exchange."
A customer called to say a massive thank you for the plastering job we did at their home. She said; "I'm super impressed with the quality, and the person was very polite, friendly and cleaned up after himself!"
A customer called to say; "on behalf of all the residents, we'd like to say a big thank you to your electricians for repairing our bingo machine."
A customer emailed; "A short email to say we are in our new home and settled now, I would like to offer our massive gratitude to you for all the help you have given us, we really appreciate it."
Another thank you message came from a customer saying our operative fulfilled the repair efficiently and that he was so friendly and polite. She said; "I've never felt so comfortable and at ease with a tradesman before, he’s a credit to the team!"
A customer contacted us to say a massive thank you to two customer service agents for supporting her while she was struggling. She said; "they were a massive help and made me proud to be a Futures customer."
