Our Customer Services team handles up to 2,000 enquiries a week. They deal with a huge range of issues from repairs through to rent queries and offer on-the-spot advice as well as signposting people to extra help and support they may need.
While phone calls still account for most of incoming queries, the team also looks after a growing number of emails, online enquiries and social media questions from customers.
